How to declutter your house in 30 days

The answer is simple: the “Get out of our house” challenge!

Last week, we announced the 30 day challenge. If you missed it, here’s a breakdown of the challenge:

Pick a place in your house. Any place – a drawer, a closet, a shelf in the closet – that is looking a little full.
Take a close look at that space. Do you use everything in your drawer? If you wished you used something more, where should you keep it where you will use it?  Then…

GET RID OF IT.  Donate anything that someone else can use.  Throw away the trash (here’s a great resource that explains what documents you need to file and what you can pitch).  Recycle the paper, plastic, aluminum.  Repurpose anything that’s stale and not being used.  We start tomorrow!!
